I have art work at my first Art Gallery Store. So exciting to see my art work displayed for sale at a beautiful little art gallery on Dauphin Island in Alabama. I spend my winters down there on the island and they have a wonderful gallery filled with paintings, photography, crafts and more. I took a few samples of my digital art work to them and they had to be approved by a jury of artist for submission.
They loved my work and I ordered matt frames with sleeves to put my photos in and placed my business card in everyone to put on display there. Every month they send me a check of sold prints.
Take a chance and check out the smaller art gallery's in your own areas. It is a wonderful feeling to have my work on display for folks to look at and purchase.

I do love photographing pelicans. They have a unique look to them and beautiful wing spans when you can capture them in flight. This photo I took while laying down on a dock with my camera right over the water as two brown pelicans came swimming right up to. Expecting me to throw them a fish I bet, but I had nothing but my camera and got a great shot of them. Happy New Year all.
